TRADING REGION
Freedom is Ltd are currently trading only within the UK.

PRICES
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Prices may be altered up or down. All products are subject to availability. Acceptance of your order and associated prices will be confirmed on receipt of your order.

SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch all items within 28 days of order.  For orders at major shows, we may take longer but you will be advised of the delivery time when placing you order. 

STATUTORY RIGHTS
None of the information below affects your statutory rights. We are a UK based company and all contracts for the sale of goods entered into by Freedom is Ltd will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
All orders will be confirmed by email.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
Except in the case of “bespoke” goods, e.g. personalised or made-to measure/order goods, all orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch or within 14 days of receipt of the goods. A full refund will be provided within 14 days of cancellation.

REFUND POLICY
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised or made-to measure/order goods unless they are faulty.

RETURNS
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 14 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
In the case of goods made to a customer specification, only faulty goods may be returned.
To make a claim, return the goods to us at Freedom is Ltd, 219, Leamington Road, Coventry, West Midlands, CV3 6JZ, with a covering explanatory letter.

A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods only.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

DELIVERY
Delivery charges are to Mainland UK destinations.   All other destinations will have to be priced separately, by phone, or e-mail. 

PAYMENT
Payment is by cheque, cash, debit card or credit card. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions. If using the Klarna payment method, payment will be taken 14 days after delivery.


COLOUR REPRODUCTION
Freedom is Ltd take great care with the colours of the products, as they appear online. The limitations of publishing may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, Freedom is Ltd reserve the right to change specification at anytime

All brand names, product names and titles used in this site are trademarks or trade names of their respective holders. No permission is given in respect of use of any of the above and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.
